Which can make it a whole lot harder to distill it all into a website, am I right?

How do you put words to something that isn’t just a service, but a relationship webbing beyond the lives of the people you serve? How do you create a website that captures not just what you do, but how it feels to work with you?

Maybe you've worked with a  marketing adviser who missed the heart of what you do and left you feeling alienated. Maybe you’ve put off your website altogether—because the idea of translating your life's calling to pages on a screen—potentially with the help of a stranger— feels intrusive and beyond reach. Or maybe you tried designing your website yourself, and it didn't quite go the way you hoped for. I get it. Will a website ever do justice to your gifts?
Most probably not. But, there's a way to get pretty darn close to it, with the right fit.

I knew I profoundly enjoy web design—and any kind of design work, for that matter. But  I chose this niche because it's a bit like home, in many ways. I've experienced what it’s like to do work that lives outside the usual frameworks. I’ve walked through my own thresholds, and I’ve seen what happens when integrity and intuition guide a business, rather than hustle and hype. In other words, I do web design for alternative entrepreneurs partly because, well, I am one myself.
